IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING OUR HOLIDAY SHIPPING SCHEDULE
As the holidays approach, we want to make sure you have clear and accurate information about our shipping schedule so you can plan ahead for your dog’s meals.
Last Shipping Week Before the New Year (Most Customers)
Because of FedEx’s holiday shipping schedule, our final shipping week before the New Year will be the week of December 15. After that, we will temporarily pause shipping to avoid delays, missed deliveries, or compromised packages during the busiest shipping time of the year.
We will resume shipping the week of January 5.
This pause applies to non-local shipments and helps ensure every order arrives safely, frozen, and exactly as intended.
Local Oregon & Washington Customers
For our local Oregon and Washington customers, shipping will continue through the holidays as it normally does. There will be no pause in service for local deliveries during this time.
Important Note for AutoShip Customers
If you’re receiving this message, it means you currently have an AutoShip order scheduled to ship the week of December 22 or December 29. For non-local shipments, we are not able to ship orders during those weeks due to the FedEx holiday pause.
We’ll be reaching out (or may have already reached out) to confirm how you’d like to handle your upcoming order — whether that means shipping it earlier during the week of December 15 or postponing it to ship the week of January 5 once we resume normal operations.
We want to sincerely thank you for your continued business and support. It truly means so much to us, especially during the busy holiday season. Your trust in us to feed your dogs is something we never take lightly.
Thank you for your understanding, your loyalty, and for being part of the Emma Lou’s Kitchen family.
If you have any questions or need help adjusting your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re always happy to help.
Wishing you and your dogs a happy, healthy holiday season!
